RISO TECHNOLOGIES' on-demand piezo-type industrial inkjet heads are manufactured using microfabrication technology and high-precision gluing processes in clean rooms equivalent to ISO class 6.
We established a manufacturing capability to ensure stable production and stable quality for customer satisfaction around the world.

We procure raw materials from outside and perform precision machining process in-house. In order to ensure stable quality and production efficiency, we employ our own know-how and technology, as well as years of accumulated production records, to process parts.

To ensure the characteristics of industrial inkjet head, we have achieved high-precision gluing technology to secure a very thin adhesive layer at a micrometer level.
Highly managed quality control on production equipment and production record is important to maintain excellent production quality.
