RISO Technologies' Reliable Manufacturing and Technical Support System

Manufacturing Capability Ensuring Stable Production Quality

Inkjet Heads

RISO Technologies' on-demand piezo-type industrial inkjet heads are manufactured using microfabrication technology and high-precision gluing processes in clean rooms equivalent to ISO class 6.
We established a manufacturing capability to ensure stable production and stable quality for customer satisfaction around the world.

Component Processing

Parts processing

We procure raw materials from outside and perform precision machining process in-house. In order to ensure stable quality and production efficiency, we employ our own know-how and technology, as well as years of accumulated production records, to process parts.

Gluing Process

Adhesion process

To ensure the characteristics of industrial inkjet head, we have achieved high-precision gluing technology to secure a very thin adhesive layer at a micrometer level.
Highly managed quality control on production equipment and production record is important to maintain excellent production quality.

Inspection Process

Inspection process

With ISO 9001 quality management system certification, we can provide products and services with reliable quality, performance, and high convenience based on our excellent proprietary technology. We ensure stable quality by inspecting and managing each process, and conducting print tests and appearance inspections on every completed inkjet head, ensuring that our products are safe and secure for customers to use.

End-to-end Technical Support

At RISO Technologies, we provide comprehensive, end-to-end support for customers considering the integration of our inkjet heads - from material compatibility and jetting performance evaluations to print quality assesment and equipment startup assistance.
At our Mishima laboratory in Japan, we offer essential technical support for evaluations using inks and inkjet heads tailored to your requirements, as well as the production of print samples. Upon request, we can also consider providing on-site support at your laboratory.

Steps to Implementation: Initial Evaluation Phase

1. Material Compatibility Test

We verify the compatibility between your ink and the materials used in the inkjet head.

2. Jetting Performance Evaluation

We determine the optimal jetting conditions for the inkjet head. To ensure precise jetting according to your ink and application, we adjust and optimize the drive waveforms.

3. Printing Quality Evaluation

We perform actual jetting test to verify print quality and can provide print samples upon request.
